ID Cards
The I. D. Advantage
We come to your campus with digital imaging systems to produce all of your student and/or faculty and staff identification cards. We work closely with you to determine how the card will be used and to create an appropriate and secure design.

Since our cards are completely custom designed, we work with your staff to determine the location, color, and size of each piece of information that is required to make your card a powerful tool.

The I.D. Advantage:
  • Custom design Layouts
  • Logos, assorted fonts and colors
  • Full color digital images
  • On site production
  • Same day turnaround
  • Tamper proof
  • Overnight replacement cards
  • Compatible with all the latest debit security point of purchase technologies

A great basic form of identification, these cards can easily be made to work with your existing library system, bookstore point of purchase software and building security by incorporating Bar-Coding, Magnetic Strip, Chip and Proximity technologies.

Security is always an issue. It is important to note that these cards are tamper proof, require no lamination and hold up through all a student can dish out. They are so secure and tough that the same technology is now widely used for driver's licenses in many states.

We offer both on and offsite card production. Our digital PVC card printers allow us to produce a card in less than two minutes. If onsite, we don't leave your school until all of the cards have been printed.

Lost cards are easily replaced. Simply email or fax us your request by 4:00 pm any weekday and a replacement is sent the same day.

We are constantly updating our systems so that we may provide the highest quality, most technologically advanced form of identification. We know that you will be pleased with our services.

Finally, many heads of school have requested a tool for identifying new students. In response to this, we have developed a low cost "Digital QuickBook", which can be turned around in less than four days. This book is a valuable tool for deans, administrators and security personnel.
