 Many schools require copies of the images we capture. Some schools want to
merge portraits into school databases for quick and easy reference while others need
the images for class projects. We can help with our many free and fee based service
items:
THE BASICS - Automatically provided to every client:
- Free scholarship/multi-child household packages
- Free class pictures for everyone (for schools with over 150 students)
- $100 towards cultural arts programming (for schools with over 150 students)
- Free faculty packages
- A class picture album (if applicable)
- Free class pictures for teachers (if applicable)
- Loyalty Program Membership, offering members free items throughout the school
year
THE FREE CHOICES - In addition to the basics, you may select any two items listed
below for free:
- “Image & Info” labels - Individual portraits and info presented on pre-cut 1” x 1.5”
labels for peel and stick simplicity. Use in student folders, medical records, rolodex
cards, special projects, etc. Custom sorts available.
- Directories - Up to 36 images on each 8.5”x11” page presented in an album with
text below each image. Custom sorts available.
- SIS CD - A user friendly CD that lets you quickly look up a student’s image and info,
and includes easy to use templates for classroom composites, birthday cards,
“Student of the Month” certificates, and any custom design you wish to create.
- CD’s for import into meal plan software (Café-Terminal, Lunchbox, etc.)
- CD’s for in house database programs (MacSchool, WinSchool, SASI, Athena, etc.)
OPTIONAL FEE BASED ITEMS - An invoice will be provided or the total amount deducted
from your commission (if applicable) for the items listed below:
- I.D. Cards
- Yearbook CD’s (Jostens, Walsworth, Herff Jones, etc.)
- Color and b&w prints available in a variety of sizes
