Please read carefully!Viewing your images on-line Viewing the site is best accomplished using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or better. Your on-line images are low resolution files for quicker viewing, however, your final prints will be printed at the highest resolution and will be carefully balanced for color and density. Retouching Information Finished photographs are not retouched, but retouching is available for an additional minimum charge of $30.00. Basic retouching includes such things as eliminating skin blemishes, small spots on clothing and stray hair. More extensive retouching is on a per quote basis. Use the “retouching” button located under the viewing window of your selected image to record specific instructions. No retouching will be completed with out specific instructions noted in the retouching comment box. There is no charge for cropping an image. Delivery We make every effort to fill and deliver orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your order in our offices. You may place an order at any time however, please be aware the last day to place an order with guaranteed pre-holiday delivery is Monday, November 19, 2007. Because the holidays are a very busy time, we strongly recommend placing your order early to avoid any possible delays. The earlier we receive your order, the quicker you will receive your final prints. Locating your family's images To locate your family's images, click here and enter your password. Use the “tabs” at the top of the order page to order Individual Prints, Quantity Prints, assorted Holiday Cards or an 8” x 10” annual calendar with your choice of image printed on it. |
